A:We are factory and we also have an excellent team for foreign trade.

Q: Where is your factory located? 
A: Our factory located in No.47 Zhubei West Road, Mazhu Town, Yuyao City, Zhejiang Provice, China. It is about 3 hours from Shanghai airport, about one hour from Ningbo airport.

Q:Can we get your free samples?
A: Yes, we support free sample with freight collection.

Q:Can we combine many items size in one container in my first order?
A:Yes, you can. But the quantity of each ordered item should reach our MOQ.

Q:What is your payment term?
A:T/T. 30% deposit, balance against the B/L copy within 25-30 days after departure from port.

A:If any breakage or defect products were found, you must take the pictures from the original carton. All the claims must be presented within 7 working days after discharging the container. This date is subject to the arrival time of container.We will advise you to certify the claim by third party, or we can accept the claim from the samples or pictures you present.
